Come learn from two seasoned change makers during our “Impact through Entrepreneurship” event on Wednesday, May 12, at noon ET. During this interactive segment, we’ll hear from Jess Marati Radparvar (Reconsidered) and Kinda Lincoln (Raven+Lily) about their career paths and the opportunities they see for impact-oriented entrepreneurs.
Jessica is a social impact strategist motivated by the belief that doing the right thing should be as easy as humanly possible. She is the founder of Reconsidered, a boutique consultancy that designs strategies, crafts communications and builds communities sparking positive change and accelerating the transition to a more just and sustainable world.
Kinda is the purpose-driven leader of Raven + Lily, where she is committed to driving our brand forward while creating long term value, impact and growth for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Making Impact in the Circular Economy
Join us Wednesday, April 14, 12 noon ET, for a conversation with Bridget Croke and Jade Wilting, two powerhouses in the emerging circular economy.
Bridget Croke is a Managing Director and part of the founding team at Closed Loop Partners, an investment and innovation firm working to accelerate a more circular economy. She also serves as an advisor to the Ocean Plastic Leadership Network and sits on the Board of Directors for Algramo, a smart refillable packaging company out of Santiago, Chile. Over the course of her career, Bridget has worked for food and recycling organizations within the sharing economy.
Jade Wilting serves as Circle Economy’s Textiles Programme project manager, where she leads On Course (a suite of circularity workshops for apparel brands and fashion schools) and Dutch Circular Textiles Valley (a project aimed at accelerating the local circular textiles value chain). Additionally, she manages a number of research projects including the Labels Accuracy report for the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. Previously, Jade has worked for a garment manufacturing company in Hong Kong and Shanghai in product development, and has also lectured at Amsterdam Fashion Institute.

Making Impact in Apparel and Footwear
Join us Thursday, March 25, 7 PM ET, as we hear from Joleen Ong and Hana Kajimura – two mid-career professionals making distinctive contributions to the apparel and footwear sectors.
Joleen works as Sustainable Manufacturing Manager at Columbia Sportswear Company, where she focuses on improving factory performance and reducing its manufacturing carbon footprint. She has prior experience in the licensing division and has worked in communications for human rights organization Social Accountability International.
Hana leads sustainability at Allbirds, pushing the brand to integrate environmental and social sustainability into all aspects of the business. Prior to joining Allbirds, she worked in management consulting for Fortune 500 clients, as well as clean energy projects in both the public and private sectors.
